The Job
? This position will be the key management of ADM China Human Nutrition business, lead the dedicated Beverages sales force to manage the entire business in Beverages segment and develop new business in both CPG and Food Service.
? Under the leadership of Segment head, deeply involved to develop the business strategy, Identify and develop new business opportunities, satisfy the customers, and understand the competition. Including sales planning and budgeting, key account management, customer service and logistic arrangements.
? Well figure out the demand of the customers and work with internal to submit the right solution and make the deal.

Your Responsibilities:
? Achieve China Beverages segment business targets and budget, including but not limited in topline, bottom line, and Pipeline etc.
? Develop long term strategic relationships with responsible customers.
? Secure existing business , ensure Sales FC accuracy and attack new opportunities
? Actively looking for ways to increase value and satisfaction for customers.
? Handle market intelligence, especially follow up customers' and competitors' activity and deliver relevant information to marketing department.
? Working closely with technical and QA/regulation team, collect customer expectation for technical solution, meet customer demands by sample providing and demo.
? Understand the flavor industry, Identify the opportunities with good business acumen from existing and new customers.

Your Profile:
? Bachelor of Science food science or other related education background
? 15+ years’ experience managing key accounts preferably in food ingredients, knowledgeable in beverage and food industry.
? 10+ years’ Sales leader experience, best in flavor industry with good relationship with key customers
? Ability to use English in occasional international working environment.
? Willing to take new challenge, dependent, responsible, passion for working.
? Excellent communication skills
? Training in sales or business administration is a plus
? Experience in multinational companies is a plus
? Experience in handling big accounts is a plus
