? BS/BA degree or equivalent;
? At least 5 years business/data analysis and project management experience;
? Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail are required to identify and interpret trends & patterns in data and in the business environment, and to validate data consistency and integrity;
? Experience with performing data cleansing, blending and advanced data manipulation techniques to prepare data for analysis and reporting;
? Good business acumen to synthesize data analysis observations in the context of the business environment;
? Strong project management skills including scheduling, reporting, communications, issues/risks/actions management;
? Good communication skills to present and communicate observations and recommendations in a concise, logical and structured format;
? Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities, timelines and deadlines;
? Proficiency and experience with using business analysis and data analytics software and tool including:
o Microsoft Excel for generating reports, data analysis, scenario analysis and forecasting；
o Microsoft PowerPoint for reports presentations；
