Responsibility：
- In charge supplier quality, qualify potential supplier, manage supplier process and product quality. 管理供应商质量，潜在供应商的审核，管理供应商产品和过程。
- In charge of periodic review of supplier quality achievements, supplier quality continuous improvement and validation;
定期评审供应商的质量绩效，持续改进和验证工作。
- Manage anomalous quality of raw materials, issue SCAR/8D and follow up supplier improvement activities;
负责原材料质量异常管理，向供应商发行改善要求并跟踪改进实施。
- Communicate with customer about quality standard, analyze quality requirement, make internal quality plan与客户对品质标准的沟通，质量要求分析并形成内部品质计划
- Follow up to confirm and verify initial sample of component　and collect and record any quality issue, data, analysis and summary during NPI.
及时跟踪确认及验证新品样品，新产品导入时的品质异常信息收集、汇总、反馈及跟踪改善成效。
-Lead the start of customer PPAP and internal PPAP process, monitor and fulfill PPAP requirement主导客户PPAP与内部PPAP的流程启动，监督并完成PPAP的要求
- Responsible for customer complaint handling, customer complaint problem analysis, follow-up improvement and development of countermeasures and promotion and timely reply to customers within 8D. 负责客户投诉处理，客户投诉问题分析、跟进改善及制定对策与推动并及时8D回复客户。
-Monitor production process and yield improvement ,drive internal quality improvement and yield improvement监督生产过程和良率改进，推动内部质量改进和产量提高。
- Implement other tasks appointed by leaders. 履行上级指派的其他任务。
Requirement：
- Bachelor degree or above, background of mechanical engineering，familiar with stamping and PV is a plus.
本科及以上学历，机械工程背景，熟悉冲压及光伏电气尤佳
- 3 years or above work experience in supplier quality and 3 years or above work experience in automotive or solar industry.
3年以上供应商管理经验，汽车零件或太阳能行业3年以上工作经验。
- Understand IATF16949 and Familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA requirements and operation
理解IATF16949，熟悉APQP、FMEA、PPAP、 SPC、MSA 的要求和运作。
- Familiar with 7 QC tools, PDCA Circle, fish-bone, 5 why and 8D skills
熟练运用QC七大手法，戴明环，鱼骨图，五个为什么及8D问题改善等技能。
- Have experience on handle oversea customer/supplier quality issue.
有与国外客户/供应商处理质量问题的经验。
- Available for domestic travelling. 适应国内短期出差。
- Master MS office software. 熟练操作办公软件
-Good English skills in speaking, reading and writing.英语读写优，良好的口语能力。
