职责描述：

Responsibility:

1. Participate in the development and audit of new suppliers based on VDA6.3 standards, and work with the purchasing department to assess and score new suppliers and determine them.

To make sure the supplier become a qualified supplier

2. Complete the implementation of localization parts APQP

3. Responsible for ensuring the quality of parts supplied by suppliers, guiding and assisting suppliers in developing preventive improvement programs. Assist and guide suppliers in giving solutions to quality issues that have occurred as quickly as possible

4. Responsible for tracking and confirming suppliers' improvement reports (8D) and implementation effectiveness, and conducting on-site audits and inspections if necessary

5. Assist in the evaluation and release of the initial samples of the supplier

6. Complete the supplier's quality status score and request a deadline for improvement for the lower scoring supplier

7.  Provide the training such as process control, PPAP and SPC to improve the quality of supplier.

8. Other works relating to supplier’s quality and technical issue assigned by Manager

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or above degree in vehicle Engineering, thermal and power Engineering or related field 

2. Minimum 6 years working experience of quality management in mechanical manufacturing. At least 4 years working experience of casting and machining quality management. Own IATF16949 audit experience

3. Knowledge and experience in E/E parts, EAT parts, Injection mold, forging, machining knowledge and quality management 

4. Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, VDA6.3, VDA19.1, VDA2, 8D

5. Knowledge of probability & statistic and able to apply QA concepts in quality improvement

6. Good analyzing, problem solving and communication skills

7. Good command of English both oral and written, as well as computer skills
