CanSinoBIO is pursuing the expansion of its vaccine business beyond China. The International Business team is tasked with the identification and quantification of business opportunities, the selection of appropriate business plans and resource allocation to successfully launch the company’s vaccines in targeted territories, including partnering.

Reporting directly to the SVP International Business, the Intermational Business Operations  Senior Specialist main responsibilities are:

-To act as a liaison and direct point of contact between the Company and partners in designated country in program execution phases;

-To assist in generating program timeline and documents per compliance guidelines and SOPs;

-To own customer order fulfilment from order entry, product supply, shipment delivery to complaint settlement

-To complete cash application and minimize AR past due;To drive internal coordination and progress tracking

Key Accountabilities

Manage business projects

- Assist in generating program timeline and documents per compliance guidelines and SOPs;

- Respond to and follow up on incoming sales and service calls/emails within established Company guidelines;

- Respond to complaints, requests for services, and primary inquiries from partners. provides accurate, high-level customer assistance and service regarding product queries;

- Handle logistics for attendance or representation at conferences and events;

- Drive process simplification and optimization to improve efficiency.

Develop detailed understanding of contractual obligations of all parties to business agreements

- Contribute to a transparent and constructive business relationship with partners by establishing a fluid work interface with same-level counterparts in the organization of the partners, where appropriate

Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting processes

- Support the development of assumptions for business projects

- Contribute to the Strategic Plan and Budget preparation

- Participate to business reviews

- Ensure that Demand & Supply activities are properly prioritized and resourced to achieve International Business objectives

Education/ Experience

-Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade or foreign trade English;

-Work experience in import/export business or order fulfillment and project management in pharmaceutical companies is preferred;

-Adaptive in different culture and environment; Willing to take challenges and drive changes;

-Good command of Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP systems; Analytical and sensitive to numbers;

-Good interpersonal and communication skills; Strong sense of urgency and self-motivation;

-Proven ability to deliver results with strong execution, clear thinker and team player

康希诺生物现拥有建筑面积1.2万平方米的疫苗研发中心，建筑面积3.8万平方米的疫苗产业化生产基地，其设计、建造及运营均符合国际标准，位于研发中心内的GMP中试车间已通过欧洲药品管理局的QP检查。基地达产后可实现多个新型疫苗产品的供应，年原液产能达到约7,000万至8,000万剂。
