8. 对内、外部客户提供技术支持。/Internal and external customer technical support.

9. 制作手工样件验证解决方案。/Make prototypes to verify the problem solving proposal.

10. 工程问题分析报告。/（LLMS）/Engineering issue analysis report (LLMS).

11. 制定临时返修作业指导书。/Temporary Rework Instruction.

12. 在Smarteam 系统里发布ECR/ECO。/ Release ECR/ECO in Smarteam.

13. 在ECO之后发放正式图纸给IPD。/ Release drawing to IPD after ECO.

14. 向客户提交2D/3D。/Submit 2D/3D to customer.

15. 制定工程问题解决计划并跟踪。/Make timing plan and tracking for engineering problem solving.

16. 向内外部客户提供技术支持。/Technical support for internal/external customers .

17. 提出VAVE建议并支持实现VAVE 目标。/Internal and external customer technical support. Suggest the idea for VAVE and support to realize the budget.

18. 支持PE按时SOP新项目。/Support PE for SOP on time.

19.了解并严格执行员工手册以及公司的规章制度 ./Understand and follow strictly employee handbook and Company policy.

20. 了解并执行安全生产标准化中的规章制度。/Realize and execute systematic management in the course of safety production.

21. 参与本区域内的EHS培训和危险源识别，环境因素识别等活动，严格执行本岗位环境、安全运行措施的要求。/Participate in EHS training and hazard & environmental factor identification and other activities in the region. Strictly carry out the requirements of environment and safe operation measures in the position.

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，汽车或机械工程类专业。/Bachelor degree and majored in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical engineering.

2. 三年以上汽车行业经验。/At least 3 years in automotive industry.

3. 熟悉 IATF质量管理体系。/Understand the TS16949 quality management system

4. 熟练使用CATIA。/Proficiency use CATIA.

5. 熟练掌握公差与配合。/Master GD&T.

6． 熟悉金属件，塑料件加工工艺与特性。/Familiar Metal and Plastic’s process and Character.

7. 良好的沟通，协调和组织能力，可以较好的化解冲突并控制局势。/Well communication, coordination and organization ability, could manage conflict and control situation

8. 熟练使用办公软件，例如word，excel，PPT等。/ Proficiency use office software, for example word,

excel, PPT and so on.

9. 良好的英语听说读写能力。/Good English skill, include listen, speak, read and write.

10.汽车玻璃包边和长城项目经验优先考虑。/Auto glass encapsulation and GWM experience is preferred.
