岗位概述：

根据公司发展战略和总经理室领导的安排部署，及时、高效执行总经理的指令和服务工作，以确保总经理布置的工作得以顺利开展以及决策得到有效执行。

1. 负责分公司总经理的日程安排、内外文书处理和交办的其它工作。

2. 负责分公司总经理的交流翻译（口译及笔译）工作。

3. 负责协调总经理与总公司、各部门以及其他分公司之间的信息传递、沟通的工作。

4. 负责分公司会议的安排、通知、记录、简报和分公司大事记录等工作。

5. 负责分公司内勤会议室的管理，确保合理安排、有序使用。

6. 负责公司员工出差、接待票务、宾馆的预订等工作。

7. 负责分公司车辆的调度及安排工作。

8. 负责分公司内勤员工电话号码簿的及时更新工作，并对上对内及时发布。

9. 完成上级交办的其他事项。.

基本要求：

1. 本科学历或以上

2. 英语听说读写熟练

3. 能够熟练运用计算机完成日常工作。

4. 具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力、团队合作精神。

5. 为人思维严谨、表达力强、责任心强、善于管理、组织、协调工作。

6. 确保职业规范的遵循和道德、合规行为。

7. 具备能不断创造自身能力与价值的素质，能跟随公司的发展而变化。
