• Preventive maintenance:Ensure that start-up and preventative checks are done.

• Corrective maintenance:diagnose problems and set the priorities to repair breakdowns by the maintenance team.

• Planning and control of tools and tools changes on the production lines.

• Motivation and development of the maintenance staff.

• Maintain records in SAP and the control about downtimes,type of breakdowns and repairs,time spent on repair work...

• Ensure all maintenance functions are carried out.

• TPM Program.

• Weekly lines preparation and start.

• Control and shifts of the maintenance staff.

• Maintenance suppliers coordination.

• Maintenance warehousing.

• Maintenance indicators follow up.

• Maintenance:means,tools and facilities.

• Automation Process (DriveSystems,robots,automatic painting process,automatic assembly workstations)

• Implement other jobs which leader asks for;

• Ensure all relevant jobs complied with the government regulation of Safety, Health, and Environment Administration;

• Be responsible for 5S in working area.

任职资格：

• Bachelor’s degree in related field;
• At least 10 Years related woring experience and 3 years team management experience;
• Clear concept on facility and production equipments managemen;
• Ability on mechanical design, and able to work under pressure;
• Capable on problem solving, and experience on equipment correction, improvement with analysis and solutions;
• Knowledge on IATF16949; ability to compile working instruction, and implement 5WHY, PDCA, Fishbone, and A3 report;
• Good English skills;

• Knowledge of job related safety, health, environment requirements, as well as legal compliance and all-level standard and work instruction; understand major environmental elements and hazardous sources within assigned job; Continuously ensure assigned work in compliance with standard and management system of safety, health and environment.
