RESPONSIBILITIES：

? Daily sales/revenue report,

? Weekly pulse report

? Month end closing & closing reports

? Prepare accounting entries including UR reserve, warranty, service contract related etc;

? Prepare monthly financial reports including but not limited to district financial actual P&L, contract tracking list, B/S fluctuation analysis;

? Assist team for planning, budget and forecasting

? Support quarterly balance sheet review and annual audit;

? Provide ad hoc analysis and communicate to leadership and cross functional team

? Able to work independently with various functions

? Support team for SAP data collection, validation, checking and data cleansing

? Support finance team for ad hoc assignments;

? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

? +5 years’ FP&A experience in MNC, project/service related industry is preferred;

? Experience in both accounting and financial analysis;

? Analytical mind with FP&A experience

? Hands on Experience in developing forecasts and operating plans is preferred;

? Direct communication with clarity at all levels

? Demonstrated teamwork spirit and influencing skills

? Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual

? Proficiency in Excel, Hyperion, Oracle and SAP systems is preferred

? Good communication in both Chinese and English
