Job  Description 职位描述：

1.Responsible for establishing and improving the company's training system, curriculum system and training system. Organize training projects and course resources, compile and update relevant teaching materials and documents. Responsible for the management of online and offline courses.

负责建立并完善公司培训体系、课程体系和培训制度；整理培训项目与课程资源，编制更新所涉教材文档等内容；负责线上线下课程管理。

2.Participate in learning to build a training platform, and be responsible for the operation of the training platform. Establish the company's internal and external training resource database, discover the company's internal training resources and organize internal training activities. Assist in building an internal lecturer team and management work.

参与学习培训平台搭建，负责培训平台的运营工作；建立公司内外部培训资源库，挖掘公司内部培训资源和内部培训活动组织；协助内部讲师队伍搭建及管理工作。

3.Collect and analyze the result evaluation and feedback of the training project, effectively track and make suggestions to ensure the provision of high-quality course services.

收集并分析培训项目的结果评估和反馈，跟踪有效性并提出建议，以确保提供高品质的课程服务。

4.Maintain all relevant training management project information and ensure that the content of the training materials delivered is up to date.

维护所有相关的培训管理项目信息，保证传递的培训材料内容为最新。

5.Maintain contact and communication with relevant market contacts, coordinate the implementation of operational development projects and ensure the quality of delivery.

与相关市场联系人保持联络与沟通，协调营运发展项目的实施并确保传授质量。

6.Cooperate with the training’s operation and promotion.

配合培训的运营推广。

Job requirements 任职条件:

1.Bachelor degree or above;

本科以上学历；

2.2-3 years of working experience in corporate training. Testing, inspection, certification, and education training industries are preferred;

2-3年以上企业培训工作经验，检测，检验，认证，教育培训行业优先；

3.Agree with the company culture, have a deep interest in training, and volunteer to develop in the training management direction;

认同公司文化，对培训工作有深厚兴趣，志愿在培训管理方向上发展；

4.Familiar with office software such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint;

熟练运用Word、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件;

5.Good interpersonal relationship processing ability, language expression ability, written expression ability and communication ability. Strong stress resistance and self-learning ability.

良好的人际关系处理能力、语言表达能力、书面表达能力和沟通能力，有较强的抗压性和自我学习能力。
