Build and execute sourcing strategies

• Conduct market researches to understand tender project dynamics on building install and service LOB and provide market insights

·         Strong project category sourcing mindset and collaboration across the districts, regions, and global.

• HON product Pull Thru enhance project W2W margin and win rate
• Sponsor cross-function teamwork and effective project execution.  

·         Select and manage required suppliers who have the capability to meet the scope of work and solution subcontract per tender specifications.

Productivity/Working Capital

• Tender project resource planning and CPQ RFQ verification, terms and conditions
• Conduct tender project deck review on supply chain risk and opportunity assessment 
• Implement practices to enable processes including e-Auctions of major spend opportunities

• Actively work together with global/regional category sourcing co-workers to leverage Honeywell spending to extract benefits for the company meet AOP (i.e Pre & Post Savings, AWPOT, DPP, e-auctions) 

Project executions

• Responsible for project booking cost, payment DPP, Project milestone material plan, savings forecast into PV EAC.
• PO compliance, Material delivery OTTR, Purchase deviations.
• Subcontract management, risk flow down, deviation, Back to Back PwP process. HSE compliance.
• Execute project sourcing plans using a collaborative approach with operation and sales organization to ensure that project targets are met regarding schedule, cost, quality and other key measures

• Closely work with product marketing maximize HON product pull and maintain TP into CPQ  

Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency

• Deploy standardized sourcing processes working together with process compliance team

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness through Lean initiatives and standardized work

Qualifications

Experience: 

• 8+ years experience in Operations and /or Supply
• Tender Project sourcing experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
• Leadership experience in project management, Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement
• Previous experience in ELV building automation preferred
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
• Executive Presence & Leadership
• Strong Managerial Skills
• Focus on innovation& creativity
