Job Description：

?Coordination of sales activities and technical sales support for North of China

? Prepare and follow up customer quotations under coordination

? Project management liaison for special projects between Country Manager and Chinese customers

? Review customer drawings and requests; suggest solutions; and provide quotations based on product knowledge

? Research potential leads from directories, web searches, or digital resources

? Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, tradeshows, and customer referrals

? Travel for training, global sales meetings, tradeshows, coordination with Poppelmann Kunshan and support new/existing customers

? Sales forecasting and reporting of actual sales vs. objectives

? Initializing and implementation of internal projects

? Resolving customer concerns and issues

? Generate new contacts and customers

? Work closely with customer service and shipping department to ensure on time delivery of product to customer

? Coordinate and set up trade shows

? Organize and maintain promotional material including tradeshow equipment, catalogs, and samples

? Follow and practise PPx, Poppelmann KPI’s and -Compliance and Startup Factory principles

? Optimize existing business relationships while adding new accounts

? Maintain and build relationships with key principles and decision-makers of specified accounts.

? Maintains schedule of frequent customer visits which include opportunities for new product introduction, updating of customer forecasts, review of current and future product purchases and gathering of significant market information and trends.

? Execution of tasks best of available knowledge and certainty delegated by the supervisor

? Work closely with all departments of Poppelmann to ensure on time delivery of product to customer

 

Required Education and Experience:

? 4 years Bachelor degree or related professional experience preferred

? At least two years of competitive field sales experience required

? Ability to travel in and out of China required

? Ability to articulate technical products and solutions required

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required

? Strong organizational skills

? Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications

? Previous experience in sales/project management preferred

? Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, vehicle manufacturing or automotive sub-supplier preferred

? Experience in the manufacturing industry, vehicle manufacturing or automotive Tier I/II suppliers preferred

? Experience in the c-parts business (e.g. sales of screws, nuts or clips) or plastic parts is beneficial

? Strong work ethics, well organized, highly dedicated and motivated

? Intercultural experience

? Team-orientated
