• Daily import business track and summary.
• Ensure all import/export are completed within lead time.
• Coordinate and support within HC group to make sure import and export documents are qualified for custom clearance.
• Optimise the freight while still keep the import & export efficiency and speed.
• Choose the economic freight to handle import & export business while still keep the business efficiency and speed.
• Follow up on the performance of the forwarders and secure corrective actions in case of performance below the agreed level.
• Secure proper handling of claims and damages including giving feedback to customer service in case of impacting on the delivery to the customers (delay as well as damages).
• Secure proper handling of insurance cases till its close, including a feedback to the customer impacted.
• Daily IM&EX electronic account management and timely cancel after verification without any problems.
• Payment management, monthly report freight cost and highlight special situation, can solve it under superior leader approval.
• Complete other assignments from supervisor or manager on time.

  . Customer Service content

• Customer orders handling ensure customer orders stability in SAP. Tracking customer orders fulfilled on time. Coordinate with sales, finance, planning, warehouse and import & export function to ensure delivery reliability 100%.
• Create invoice in SAP timely and monthly account reconciliation with finance department for sales report, overdue issues，and yearly audit.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Finance department, tracking the payment of customer effectively, eg. prepayment issue etc.

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China. The factory in Wuqing occupies 33000m2.
