1. Supplier Quality Problem Solving：

1）.Effective analysis the supplier’s quality problems, release NCR/SPILL in time & adopt 8D analyze and track the corrective and preventive measures for avoiding repeat issues. /有效分析供应商的质量问题,及时下发不良通报NCR /停线通报 & 使用8D工具分析和跟踪纠正和预防措施,避免重复问题。

2). Deal with the supplier nonconforming parts and claim (NCMD) Management. / 处理供应商不良零件并管理相关索赔

3). Coordinate with Project team, Plant Quality team and IPD Commodity SQD team to solve the supplier issue for new project before serial production. /与项目团队，工厂质量团队与总部IPD SQD团队沟通一同解决供应商质量问题。

2. Project Supplier Quality Monitoring:

1). Tracking all the supplier issues which happened during new project production and push IPD commodity SQD team to feedback the action plans for supplier issues. /跟踪所有供应商新项目生产中发生的问题,推动IPD SQD（前期供应商质量工程师）反馈供应商问题的行动计划。

2). Lead Sunroof sub-component APQP activities for new Program Launches from supplier kick off until serial Production and make sure handover smoothly. /负责主导天窗子零件供应商APQP计划自新项目启动开始至量产,确保顺利交接

3). Communicate SQD team to Maintain Program related Quality documentation (SQMT, OIL, Supplier weekly Maturity, ...). /与SQD team 一同写作保持项目相关质量文档(SQMT、问题清单，供应商周度进度)

4). Tracking project supplier PPAP approval status with IPD commodity SQD team and ensure PPAP maturity on time. And responsible for supplier PPAP approval of SOP stage and new project stage if needed.与总部IPD SQD一同跟踪项目供应商PPAP批准状态,确保PPAP完成进度，如有需要，负责SOP阶段和新项目阶段的供应商PPAP审批。

5). Take leader to hold the LRR meeting/OTS supplier day at plant if needed. /主导LRR审核会议 / OTS 供应商质量大会。

6). Represent the Supplier Quality function in project team. /代表供应商质量部门参与项目开发。

7). Supplier 4M/ECR/VAVE change Management in SOP Stage. /负责量产阶段管理供应商的4M/ECR/VAVE变更。

3. Supplier Quality Performance Monitoring & improvement:

1). Responsible for SMS score of suppliers every month. /负责供应商SMS 分数评价 。

2). Responsible for Plant Database SMS Escalated Supplier Management. (Level D). /负责工厂SMS数据库与升级管理。

3). Execute supplier quality system audit and process audit and tracking the improvement. /执行供应商质量体系与过程审核并跟进改善。

4). Involve plant VAVE action. / 参与工厂VAVE 行动。

5). Working for others job which from supervisor.处理其余主管安排的工作。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or above degree . /大学本科及以上学历。

2. At least 5 Years work experience in supplier quality management (SQE/SQD) in automobile industry. /至少5年汽车制造行业背景及SQE/SQD相关工作经验。

3. VDA 6.3 auditor certification . /VDA 6.3 审核员资质。

4. Quality problem-solving skills. / 质量问题解决能力。

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills. /良好的沟通能力与协调能力。

6. Good pressure management and time management. / 良好的抗压能力及时间管理。

7. Good self-management. /自我管理能力。

8. Good positivity and high responsibility. /拥有高度的责任心与积极性.。
