职位描述：

1、统筹负责天津发货中心的运作管理，执行库存控制策略，确保货物的良性控制，督导部门人员高效完成各项工作，确保本部门所负责的KPI达标；

2、负责制定仓库规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，监督员工执行的情况，提高效率；

3、仓储物流工作筹划与进度控制，对仓储物流各个板块工作监控，确保货品入库、质检、发货等流程正常进行；

4、科学管理货品库位，提出改进方案，保证仓库容积化的使用率和人员效率；

5、管理库存商品,保证进销存的准确性，协调实际库存与系统库存的同步性，优化库存商品结构，提高库存管理效率,降低库存管理成本；

6、管理配送流程，保证配送环节的准确率和效率，优化配送流程；

7、有效配合公司整理业务运作需求优化业务流程；

  

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，物流、供应链、管理类相关专业；

2、5年以上仓库团队管理经验，至少2年第三方物流管理经验；

3、较强的仓库布局规划能力，对仓储的成本、流程等优化有丰富的实战经验；

4、熟悉使用Oracle或SAP系统，良好的英语阅读和写作能力

  

Job description:

1、 Responsible for the operation and management of Tianjin delivery center, implement the inventory control strategy, ensure the good control of goods, supervise the Department personnel to complete the work efficiently, and ensure that the KPI of the Department is up to the standard;

 2、 Responsible for formulating warehouse rules and regulations, standardizing operation standards and processes, supervising the implementation of staff, improving efficiency;

 3. Warehouse logistics work planning and progress control, monitor the work of each part of warehouse logistics, ensure the normal process of goods warehousing, quality inspection, delivery, etc;

 4. Scientific management of goods warehouse, put forward improvement plan, ensure the utilization rate of warehouse cubature and personnel efficiency;

 5. To manage the goods in stock, ensure the accuracy of purchase, sale and inventory, coordinate the synchronization of actual inventory and system inventory, optimize the structure of goods in stock, improve the efficiency of inventory management, and reduce the cost of inventory management;

6. Manage the distribution process, ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the distribution link, and optimize the distribution process;

7. Effectively cooperate with the company to sort out business operation needs and optimize business process;

  

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain and management;

2. At least 5 years warehouse team management experience, at least 2 years third party logistics management experience;

3. Strong warehouse layout planning ability, rich practical experience in warehouse cost and process optimization;

4. Familiar with Oracle or SAP system, good English reading and writing skills
