Objectives:

Provide a strong leadership to manage the engineers in order to guarantee a high level of service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-               Build test capability software function assessment include IEC 60730/IEC 61508/IEC 60730/UL 1998.etc

-               Manage the 17025 accreditation audit for software function assessment with above standard

-               Service delivery and technical support for sales for software function assessment.

-               Work with LCIE France to develop and build test capability in LCIE China for cyber security project with 62443 .etc

-               Respect and apply the test program defined by the offer

-               Perform or supervise the tests done or prepared by the engineers according to prescribed testing methods, standards / specifications appropriate to the sample.

-               Prepare test plan, issue test data sheets for recording the test results / findings.

-               Accurately record test data and equipments used for tests, if applicable

-               Review test results / data provided by Lab. Technicians.

-               Manage the samples for subcontracted tests

-               Review the results provided by the subcontracting labs

-               Training for engineers.

-               Support Customer Services and sales for clients visits, meeting and seminar, etc.

-               Manage relevant project and product line team work load

Quality

-               Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China

-               Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Skills and Requirements:

-               Reliable

-               Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods.

-               Ability to perform multiple tasks.

-               Individual and Team work ethic

-               Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.

-               Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.

-               Working knowledge of IEC / EN / UL standards relating to electrical products.

-               Electrical and mechanical aptitude.

-               Knowledge of testing of electrical products from laboratory / manufacturing.

Education & Experience:

-               High Diploma / Degree in Electrical engineering.

-               3 to 5 years of working experience in electrical product safety testing.

-               Good knowledge of electrical product safety in EN / IEC / UL standards.

-               English speaking candidate will be favored.
