Greencarrier Freight Forwarding Service Limited is looking for talents for our position of Documentation.

This position will reports to Operation Manager, Qingdao/Tianjin, and working location is Qingdao or Tianjin.

Main Responsibilities:

• Input billing info and finish milestone in globe system;
• Fax or mail invoice of local charges as shipper required;
• B/L releasing and send pre-alert to oversea office.
  
• Close file and any follow up issues.
• Other requirements from OP manager.

• One year working experience in related industry is preferred. Fresh graduates who is enthusiatic in logistic industry is also welcomed.
• Logistics or related major is preferred.
• Good team working spirit.
• Good communication skill;
• Be patient and responsible.
• Good spoken and written English;
• Good PC skill;
