Role Purpose 职位目标：

Responsible of daily G2N Claim validation and settlement tracking and reporting, as well as the training conduction with key stakeholders for claim process orientation. Assist line manager to deliver the claim process enhancement and improvement.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：                   

1. Conduct daily validation per Checking Points
2. According to checking points, 100% review responsible G2N expense to validate that service
3. s been provided based on the submitted supporting documents as well as sufficient supporting documents to support payments;
4. Follow up rejected claims till the problems be fully solved and go for standard claim process
5.  Log claim checking result of each claim transaction
6. Well filling all claim supporting and templates
7. Conduct communication with both internal and external for claim process orientation
8. List outstanding cases with review result for escalation and decision made on "pay" or " not pay"
9. Provide Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to fulfil business needs      
10. On job training to mobilize the claim process and requirement
11. Data consolidation and file integration
12.  Claim record filing / dispatch
13.  Claim report creation and data cleaning  
14.  Run back end tracking report for data analysis and Dashboard report making

                                                  

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

1. Previous Fin. business partnering role preferred
2. Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA/ACCA/CMA or MBA preferred
3. Excellent communication skills, ability to work well with people in different functions
4. Strong capability on Office Tools application
5. English proficiency in reading, writing
6. Comply with GSK policies
