--College degree or above
--Minimum 3 years field sales/marketing experience and new business development experience in Automotive, electronics or electrical industry,also karness shop will be preferred.
--Excellent negotiations and organizational skills, interpersonal, communication (oral and written), planning and problem analysis skills
--Action/ detail oriented, strong customer service and high sense of responsibility.
--Honesty, integrity, diligence,independent thinking and team work spirit
-- Good English skills
--Based in one of Beijing/Tianjing/Qingdao/Yantai/Shenzhen/Guangzhou/ area
工作职责
Sales:
--Generate revenue through direct sales; manage sales through existing distributors and agents.
--Appoint new distributors and agents.
--Quote and negotiate price, freight, and margin terms with customers.
--Build, manage, and strengthen relationship with customers and key industry personnel.
--Educate customers and co-workers about exporting and importing, tariffs, international shipping, foreign exchange, payment (L/C, T/T), insurance, etc.
--Frequent travel to various parts of the region as required
Marketing:
--Establish and monitor key industry indicators and trends.
--Analyze competitors, products, and pricing policies.
--Attend trade shows, manage advertisement, and other promotional activities.
--Identify new applications/products and new markets
--Manage marketing channels.
--Frequent visits to the Region
