Job Requirement:
1. Minimum education: Bachelor Degree from University with major in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Analytical Chemistry.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in related position.
3. Effective communication skills and good team player.
4. PC-literate.
5. Stress resistance.
6. Good organizational skills.
7. Customer oriented.
8. Fluent in English written and mandarin .
9. Strong knowledge of quality systems.
10. Familiar and good understanding of Food Safety systems, e.g. HACCP, ISO22000, etc.
Job Responsibility:
1. Improve and update food safety system and focus on food safety regulatory.
2. Leading to carry out the standard of the raw material, in depth management of the production quality of raw material.
3. Carry out the GHP of plant, complete the routine site audit of plant and follow up the correct action and verification.
4. In depth management of the plant hygiene and pest control.
5. Leading to complete customer questionnaire, statement and communication letter.
6. Leading to complete the customer audit and follow up the correct action and verification.
7. Asses the product spec from customer requirement and review the contract with commerce team and production team.
8. Update the National Standard, Customer Requirement, and National Regulation. Contact and maintain good relationship with government and other external related dept.
9. Supplier audit and management.
10. FSMS internal audit.
11. QA system and GLP training to lab members(including new staff orientation and regular training.
12. Assist QA/AC supervisor to manage the lab team members.
13. Monitoring daily test data and CCP implement.
