Job Description 职位描述
1.Lead and support project from NPI or mass production.
负责项目从NPI到量产的技术支持
2.Verify and perform failure analysis on defect unit.
负责验证和分析失效的产品
3.Create and release failure analysis report with corrective action.
根据需要总结失效分析报告和改进措施
4.Work with customer and NPI team to ensure manufacturing, quality, and design issues driven to closure
配合客户和NPI团队改进生产，设计等问题

Job Requirements
1.BS Electronics Engineering or related background
具备电子工程及相关背景，大学学历优先
2.At least 5 years of relevant work experience in design, testing, and qualification of relevant products
具备5年以上设计，测试，分析经验
3.Experience with mobile/PC/FA/electronic design will be preferred;
具备手机、PC、电路设计者优先
4.Have good knowledge of RF or digital or analog circuit;
具备良好的射频或数字电路或模拟电路知识
5.Strong debugging and hands-on testing skills
良好的分析及动手能力
6.Good written and oral communication skills in English.
良好的英文听、说、写能力
