工作职责:

? Gap analysis of current equipment with high-level industry equipment, making plans to improve by introduce new automatic instrument.

做好现有设备设施和行业设备设施的差距分析，并制定改造提升计划，通过引进和改造对实验室自动化程度进行提升。

? Discuss with the vendor to make customize plans to meet the Kilo lab and flow-department requirement.

与设备供应商讨论定制化方案，满足公斤级设备和流体部门设备需求。

? Yearly review the improve plans and continuously improvement.

年度回顾设备提升计划，持续改进。

? All other relevant duties as assigned by superior.

完成上级委派的其它任务。

任职资格:

REQUIREMENTS:

? Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/知识、技能和能力

o Good understanding of lab instruments & kilo lab instrument ，familiar with chemical process of lab synthesis and kilo lab scale up . If familiar with flow process ,will be better.

对实验室设备和公斤级设备有良好的理解能力，熟悉实验室合成和公斤级工艺放大, 如果熟悉流体放大更佳。

? Experience/经验

o At least 2 years mentainence /equipment manufacture working experience in pharmaceutical industry.

2年以上的设备维修/设备制造行业经验。

o Be familiar with the electricity automation.

熟悉电气设施自动化。

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

o Chemical engineer or chemical equipment related, Bachelor degree or above。

化学工程及化工机械相关专业本科及以上学位。

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

有一定的英语读写能力，能熟练使用CAD or Visio,据有一定的办公软件操作能力，具有良好的沟通能力。能与多部门协作。
