Responsibilities:

• Implement purchasing procedure (sign contract etc.) depend the relative purchasing request.

• Be responsible for sending documents to management team for approval by following procedure and policy strictly.

• Working with other departments such as quality, sales，etc. plan to ensure that customer requirements are met.

• Filing, quotation, vendors information and related contracts / certificates.

• Assist supervisor for supplier management.

• Collect and update purchasing information.

• Finish the task assigned by the management timely.

Requirements:

• Minimum college in economy or trade related discipline (Preferably a Diploma holder).

• 2 years’ work experience or above.

• Fast learner, good analytical skills, and responsive to changes

• Fluent English and Chinese communication skills.

• Good at excel and ppt, or other project management software.

• Mechanical basic knowledge and German will be a plus.
