2. Verify SFI to reflect the best market dynamic in monthly demand cycle

3 Set statistical forecast model at PPC level

4 Drive forecast accuracy at PPC, Plant, Sales Manager levels 5 Develop DP SOP/WI

Essential Function 2: APO Master Data

1. Regional APO MD coordinator, owner of WF

2 Accountable for DP master data

3 Responsible to liase with Production Planners & Master Planner on SNP / PPDS master data upgrading 4 Develop APO MD SOP/WI

Essential Function 3: IPL & IHC

1. Optimize MD to support the IPL Enhancement & IHC Inventory Reduction
