职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for Flex Zhuhai DM PIC site Testing support of NPI related projects .
2. Follow up NPI projects related issue from Testing side , communicate with customer , DFT proposal , etc.
3. Test station set up, verify, buy off , etc. support to both AEG TDPE team design and customer consigned tester .
4. NPI project issue follow up, failure analysis & debug and feedback, product design review & proposal to customer .
5. Test coverage improvement, line tester maintenance and improve , line FPY improve .
6. PIC testing team build up and training.
7. NPI projects Testing side documentation and good transfer & buy off to Flex other segment BU sustaining team .
8. Others.
Requirements:
1. At least 4 ~ 5 years working experience at Testing team within Flex .
2. Proactive & positive working attitude.
3. Good communication and team work.
4. Strong English (speaking / written) communication skill, can conference call with customer by English.
