职位描述
Key Duties: 主要工作内容:
- Responsible of data summary in Pipeline Report, Customer Visit Form & GPS Tracking of entire sales team and analyze all relevant Sales Data (including daily, monthly and annual reports) 完成销售管道报告、客户拜访表格和GPS追踪,对销售数据进行分析和汇报,优化并执行其他销售报告管理工具
- Provide our Sales people with information and analysis and be able to gain more business with existing customers (adding products) and also new potential customers 负责向销售人员提供数据信息及数据分析支持,使他们能够获得更多现有客户(增加产品种类以及数量)和新的潜在客户的业务
- Provide Sales Data to the relevant Decision Makers and vice versa executes decisions and steers the Sales Force into the right direction because Sales Controlling describes the cut between the field work of our Sales Representatives and the Management 负责向重要的决策者们提供销售数据,衔接协调现场销售代表与公司管理层;同时也是决策执行者,指引全体销售团队走向正确的方向
- Optimize, develop and implement other CRM-Tools and management process 协助管理销售团队的财务指标业绩,衡量包括加价、毛利和其他指标
- Control performance by the implementation of KPIs 协助销售管理层优化销售流程设计和落实销售团队的日常工作流程,是跨部门沟通的重要角色,并以积极合作的态度协调处理公司内部事务
- Assist in administrative tasks assigned by the Head of National Sales Controlling 完成全国销售管控总监安排的其他任务
Qualifications: 任职要求:
- Basic knowledge of Excel, preferably SAP/VBA 基本Excel能力,使用过SAP/VBA软件的优先
- Basic understanding of cost controlling, strategical marketing and price communication 了解销售管控、成本会计和数据计算以及相关的销售管控工具
- Related experience in Sales/Financial Controlling, BD, strategy, or Inside Sales are preferred 有销售管控,财务管控,业务拓展/策略,或内部销售等相关工作经验
- The ability to work self-dependently and accurately 能够独立而准确的完成工作
- Proficient English in both written and spoken 流利的英文读写和口语
- Excellent team work spirit 良好的团队合作精神
- Strong communications skills 出色的沟通能力和技巧
