Responsibilities:

 BMS SW development activities

 Organize design activities between battery pack team and electrical/electronic groups in each phase

 Responsible for the technical requirements review with PSA Europe counterpart and battery/BMS supplier 

 SW technical specification release in different phase

 Support battery and vehicle testing, analyze SW issues and provide solution 

 Verify the test report from PSA validation team and supplier side

 Define the development schedule with supplier according to vehicle planning

 Risk management, Participate SW maturity assessment in each milestone

 SW industrialization

 working with PSA Europe teams with fluent English

 Others

 Support project team to monitor the development

 Evaluate test reports and check the sample acceptation

 Support Solve technical problems from product development, supplier management and other aspects

Requirement: 

 MS in Electrical or vehicle engineering

 Minimum 3 years passenger car BMS SW development experience and with SOP projects

 Good experiences on battery system functionality and battery performance

 Know well BMS SW algorithm, such as SOX, cell balancing, plug-in charge etc… 

 Know well Automotive CAN communication protocol, UDS diagnosis

 Fundamental knowledge about Aspice SW development process and ISO26262 SW related requirements

 Experience with other high voltage systems in electric vehicles

 Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skills
