• Be tax contact person for any inquiry from local (Shanghai and Wuxi plant) tax authorities including inquiry for cost fluctuation and profit variance.
• Focal contact between Accenture and Deloitte for monthly tax return preparation and compliance filling.
• Handle non-trade payment process including Non-trade contract filling and FX payment tax certification in tax authorities or treaty benefit application if needed. And addition to bridge the withholding tax process between local finance and Deloitte tax team.
• Document all necessary information for tax registration and contract filling. Provide Non-trade payment report in regular basis.
• Conducting tax articles research on business-related issues and draft related tax memo.
• Assist controller to drive efficient process for intercompany foreign transactions, coordinate with sourcing and logistic team to well-organized supporting documentations
• Work with supply chain finance team annual physical inventory and report out to CFO and functional leaders
• Coordinate with Deloitte STAT and EY for annual Audit or any other ad-hoc special audit.
• Application for any entitled financial subsidies, export registration in Commence and annual filling for Shanghai and Beijing branch
• Other ad-hoc project or assignment from leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• +5 years of directly related PRC tax accounting/finance experience and CPA is preferred.
• Fluent in English both with oral and written.
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Proactive、willing to learn and meet challenge
