Responsibilities:

- Equipment capacity management. Manage the capacity for different departments and steps for different machine model, and maintain systems regularly.
- Equipment utilization management. Tracking the equipment utilization for production line and key steps, like wafer saw, die bonding, wire bonding, mold.
- Labor productivity management. Professional methods or tools are needed, like time study, motion study, to distribute man-power more scientific.
- Standard process time setting. Work with MFG, NPI team to define and test the standard process time (ASU & UPH) by device level.
- Facility space/ layout management. Space fully utilized and equipment layout optimization in order to optimize the routing for both labor and materials moving.
- Leveling production & Kanban management to make the conversion between different device groups more effective and consecutive, in order to improve the utilization for both labor and equipment.
- Eliminate or reduce waste due to transportation, inventory, motion, waiting, over production, over processing, defect for cost saving.
- With the help IE methods like Quality management, Process control, Six Sigma to satisfy the Total Quality request.
- Other IE improvement.

Requirements：

- Industry Engineer major for bachelor degree or above.
- Good level on oral and written English, CET6 and above. Strong communication and presentation skills and ability.
- Ability to use the tools of statistics, data modeling and analytics, Kanban management, Auto-CAD, ERP system.
- Good communication skill and team work spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Material Requirement planning, BOM, Process Control, Operations Research, Quality Management, etc.
