Responsibilities:

? Responsible for testing related SW (test program) & HW (probe card/load board) implementation  from engineering to production on project schedule;
? Develop test hardware and software for Advanced Analog products, include automotive or non-auto products;
? Work with related product, design and application engineers to define, develop and ensure quality of testing methodologies;
? Evaluate device characteristics;
? Assist Product Engineers and Device Engineers in product evaluation and qualification;
? Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work;
? Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality;
? Support production test partners such as FAB, FMO, foundry and test house;

Requirements:

? Strong Analog Electronics competences with power device skills and automotive environment knowledge preferred. 
? BS degree in Electronic Engineering, electrical Engineering or micro-electronics related; Master Degree is preferred. 
? Strong knowledge/experience on hardware or software development, debugging, good at computer language (C＼C++, VB, etc.)
? Good communication skill, fluent English written/spoken；
? Ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team consisting of representatives from Silicon Technology, Assembly, Test, Design, Marketing, and Systems groups.
? Knowledge of semiconductor physics and silicon fabrication process is a plus.
? Test instrumentation techniques and methodology
? Strong synthesis and analysis skills. 
? Good leadership and teamwork.
