Responsibilities:

Test engineer response for test program development. You will work with global team to define your test, coding and simulation from testbench, validate your test result from ATE tester and correlated your result with validation team. As new product introduce team, you need delivery program with high quality/coverage on time for each milestone. You also need balance test time and test quality to give lost test cost solution. Probe and final test yield need meet goal to keep test cost low.

Requirements:

- Bachelor or master degree, majoring in microelectronics, electronic engineering , computer science or relevant disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English (CET-6) and Mandarin require to liaise with global team.
