Functional area：

• Creat and execue marketing campaign annual plan according to market trends and sales growth target.
• Define and build up the right communication with trade media for on-line and off-line, B2B channels are preferable
• Work together with Sales team to establish local marketing strategy that is fit to the local market.
• Define products launch and promotion process. To involve all relavant department and functions during the process.
• Conduct market study, analyse market share, market volume to support the marketing strategy and sales plan.
• Responsible for the planning & execution of national & regional trade shows, customer events & specific sponsorship activities.  
• Marketing intelligence, research and competitor monitoring.
• Ensure all the marketing material, messaging and communications (product brochure, catalogues, flyers, posters, videos, etc.) are consistent with Wuerth Group CI policies and guidelines.
• Create external marketing materials to support sales and branding on the market.
• Sales support and customer development activities.
• Plan, control and management of project budget.
• Other works assigned by company.  

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years MNC working experience in marketing role
• Strong computer skill and analytical skill required
• Excellent writing skill
• Good time & project management skill
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English & Chinese)
