BASIC FUNCTION: The buyer manages assigned items by generating, adjusting and expediting purchase orders based on MRP to insure timely delivery to meet customer expectations and the needs of the business. 采购跟单员根据系统的物料需求计划下单、调整订单以及跟进订单来保证客户业务需求。 

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

 1.  Reviews daily Epicor new and change purchasing suggestions and takes appropriate action by issuing new PO or adjusting existing PO. 1. 每天根据Epicor系统的采购需求下单和调整订单 

 2.  Lead or function as a team member on cross-functional teams to develop and execute new product. 2. 和团队其他成员紧密合作开发和跟进新产品的交付 

 3.  Tracks and monitors purchase orders, keeping team informed of any problems/delays and advertises any impact/constraints to the core team. 3. 代表美国团队跟进中国工厂的订单情况，有问题或有生产瓶颈的时候要及时通知美国团队 

 4.  Update Epicor Horizon Report (Sales Order's Need By Dates) daily. 4. 每天更新Epicor销售订单需求报告 

 5.  Process DMR (rejects) by dispositioning material and coordinate with Accounting the issuance of debit memos to Colson-GZ 5. 代表美国团队处理中国产品的客诉，发送DMR给质量部门，并协助财务处理客诉的金额 

 6.  Execute Engineering change notices. 6. 及时发送和执行工程变更通知 

 7. Utilizing Epicor Buyer's Workbench follow up and confirm PO's on a daily basis. 7. 每天在Eicor的系统上及时确认PO的交期 

 8.  Achieves key purchasing metrics (Past Due PO; Unconfirmed PO; Excess Inventory; Non Stock Inventory; Stock Outs) 8. 与团队一起达成KPI（过期订单、没有交期的订单、库存超额、非备货的库存、库存中断） 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 *  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or Supply Chain Management preferred, one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  *  商务英语或商务贸易类的本科学历，供应链管理专业优先考虑，1到2年的相关工作经验或相关培训

 *  Certification a plus in either International Supply Management (CPSM) or Association for Supply Chain Management (CPIM, CSCP) *  CPSM/CPIM/CSCP类证书优先考虑 

 *  Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Power Point, Word *  精通办公室软件-Excel,PPT,Word 

 *  Experience in ERP/MRP environment preferred; Epicor software a plus. *  有ERP系统的经验优先，特别是Epicor系统 

 *  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to inform at all levels of the organization. *  非常优秀的英语写作能、沟通能力和技巧
