NNIT seeks a professional employee as Office Online Operation Services Specialist.
Team
NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd seeks a professional employee as Office Online Operation Services Specialist. You will work for team Office Online Operation Services. The team is managing global and local SharePoint, Exchange, Skype and Office 365 applications platforms for several customers.
Challenges
You will participate in day to day tasks with the global and local team. The tasks can be handling incident, service requests or problems, releasing change, consultancy service and project implementation for the customers.
Working hours normally is from 8:30- 17:30 and it is flexible. There will be OC morning duty and On-Call duty arrangement with compensation.
Development
We will invest on your professional development. We have full cycle of career design for you to follow the trail of your development wishes. So you will take trainings of the technology within your business field, also on generic skills like English, communication and ITIL. The training will be conducted internally and or externally, domestic and/or abroad.
Qualifications
1. A high level of IT knowledge on SharePoint, Exchange, and Skype management with different versions is required and best to have the Office 365 project or operation experience.
2. Experience on customer services as 2nd line support is preferred;
3. We prefer if you have experience on IIS , SQL Server and Windows knowledge;
4. You have development skills with C# , JavaScript or PowerShell skills are required.
5. The experience in implementing and maintaining large SharePoint, Exchange or Skype platforms and upgrade the platform is preferred.
6. Good Written and fluent oral English is must when you support the global customers.
7. You should be able to work in a very busy environment and at the same time offer good service. Good communication and co-operation skills are a natural part of your personality as well as the ability to think analytically and take on responsibility of your tasks.
8. IT education of 1-2 years’ duration also combined with 3-5 years’ working experience is preferred.
