CAS and BP have developed great cooperation relationships and established the Clean Energy Commercialization Company (CECC) as a Sino-foreign equity Joint Venture in March 2009. The establishment of this JV is of strategic importance to both BP and the Chinese government and is an important step to help develop future clean energy infrastructure in China.

中国科学院与英国BP公司基于一贯的良好合作关系，于2009年3月共同投资组建了一家中外合资企业——上海碧科清洁能源技术有限公司（简称“上海碧科”）。组建该合资公司对中科院、BP具有重大战略意义，也是中国未来能源设施发展的重要步骤。

CECC draws on the expertise of both BP and CAS to integrate clean energy-related technologies developed by CAS institutes and other organizations into competitive integrated solutions. It serves as an international platform for collaboration among research institutes and enterprises to improve indigenous Chinese innovation capabilities through global market deployment. Specifically the JV will be involved in the following activities:

？ Advanced engineering design, simulation and modelling to provide technology solution and engineering packages for the deployment of technologies in new petrochem industry chain;

以先进的工程设计、模拟及建模为用户提供技术解决方案及工艺包，使新石化产业链相关技术得以应用；

？ License, and transfer technology know-how to potential clients;

专有技术的许可和转让；

？ Provide service in process design, inspection, operation, training and project management for technology development and commercialization;

为技术开发和商业化提供工艺设计、检验、操作、培训以及项目管理等服务；

？ Provide domestic and international IP management services, including act as a technology licensor/agent on behalf of technology owners.

The total investment for CECC is RMB 486m and register capital is RMB 162. CAS is holding 51% of the registered capital in the JV and BP is holding 49% of the registered capital. The CECC JV is located in Shanghai.

合资公司投资总额为人民币4.86亿，注册资本为人民币1.62亿元。其中中科院出资51%，BP出资49%。上海碧科设立于上海。

The Process Engineer will report to the Engineering Director of the JV.

工艺工程师向公司工程总监汇报工作。

JOB DIMENSIONS:

工作内容：

The Process Engineer role will be accountable for process development and optimization at various stages of technology commercialization. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate an ability to design an advanced process and Process Design Package (PDP) for new technologies by using engineering experiences and relative process simulation software. The candidate also needs to show a good understanding for refinery & petrochemical industries, and be able to carry out relevant cost estimate & economic analysis for technology development.

工艺工程师负责技术商业化各阶段的工艺开发和优化。入选求职者需凭借自身的工程经验和相关工艺模拟软件，为新的技术设计高级工艺和工艺包。求职者还需对炼油化工产业有充分了解，能够对技术开发进行相关成本估算和经济分析。

ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES:

岗位职责：

- Provide process conceptual design for supporting and facilitating technology evaluation, technology development proposal, and commercialization activities;

提供工艺的概念性设计，支持和帮助技术评估、技术开发方案及商业化活动；

- Develop Conceptual Process Flow Sheets for new clean energy conversion technologies;

为新的清洁能源转化技术制作概念性工艺流程图；

- Work closely with the CAS and other research institutes staff, even potential partners to maintain and collect latest clean coal conversion process design information and facilitate working level technical meeting and discussion ;

与中国科学院及其他研究所成员，包括潜在合作伙伴紧密合作，收集清洁煤转化技术工艺设计的最新信息，促进工作层面上的技术会晤与探讨。

- Undertake preliminary economic studies to appraise the financial viability of these new conceptual process options;

对新的概念性工艺方案作初步经济分析，评估财务可行性；

- Develop Process Design Package for Pilot/Demonstration plant;

为试点或示范工厂开发工艺设计包；

- Optimize the technologies selected by the JV and develop innovative process to improve the technology competitiveness;

优化公司甄选的技术，开发革新工艺，提高技术竞争力；

- Provide Modeling and process design for crucial equipment such as reactors and work in close collaboration with the Technical Team;

与技术团队紧密合作，为反应器等关键设备提供建模和工艺设计；

- Work with other departments and JV partners to actively promote CECC's HSSE culture;

与公司其他部门一起积极推行上海碧科健康、安全与环保文化；

- Coordinate engineering management relevant activities with engineering company and JV engineering partners.

Essential Criteria and Qualifications:

基本素质和资格：

- Good process development capability for new technology with proven track record in petrochemical industry

具有良好的新技术工艺开发能力，并有可信的业绩；

- Good understanding of new technology development process;

充分了解新技术开发流程；

- Good chemical industry experiences in the development of Process Design Package and P&ID;

具有化工行业工艺设计包和P&ID的丰富研发经验；

- Strong process simulation skill and good engineering experiences in process unit equipment design;

在工艺设备设计方面具有熟练的工艺模拟技能和丰富的工程经验；

- Skillful in cost estimation and preliminary economic analysis by using relevant software;

运用相关软件熟练进行成本估算和初步经济分析；

- Good understanding of process safety and HAZOP process

充分了解工艺安全和HAZOP程序。

- Energetic to take several projects at one time;

有能力同时开展多个项目；

- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills;

Experience:

工作经验：

- A proven track record in engineering process design of chemical & refinery industry or special experience in coal conversion processes and related equipments;

具有炼油化工产业工程工艺设计经验或者具有煤转换工艺和相关设备方面的经验，并有可信的业绩；

- Minimum 7 years relevant work experience.

至少7年相关工作经验。

Education/Certifications:

学历/资质：

Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.

化学工程或化学专业大学本科或以上学历。

Languages Needed:

English & Mandarin – fluent.
