1、与采购部门合作，对于与供方相关的质量问题通过8D或CAPA流程推动建立有效的围堵措施及解决方案。

2、确保供方质量管理相关流程得到贯彻执行。

3、对于新部件的认证，要确保供方在PPAP批准前具备批量生产所需的产能及质量保证体系。

4、对于不符合的零部件进行紧密跟踪并驱动供方执行按照8D/CAPA问题解决流程以防止问题再现。

5、严密跟踪供方承诺的改进计划以确保相关措施能够按时、有效地完成。

6、为供方提供适当的培训以改进其工艺和质量体系。

7、推动供方建立预防性的质量保证体系而不是在问题发生时救火。

8、收集供方质量的相关数据，实施数据统计分析并识别改进的机会。

9、维护并持续改进供方管理相关文件，如标准操作程序书，表格和模板等

任职要求：

1、本科学历，机械和工程专业为佳。

2、最少五年供方质量管理经验。

3、英语听、说、写流利，最少具备CET-4。

4、熟悉ISO9001和ISO14001 管理体系, 熟练使用质量管理相关工具，如8D、MSA、SPC、FMEA、APQP、PPAP、CP等。

5、具备良好的沟通和协调技能，业绩驱动、结果导向、自我激励以及快速反映。

6、具备机械行业相关经历或熟悉机械行业质量管理理念及要求。

7、能够熟练操作Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Visio等办公软件。
