SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO（具体职责包括但不限于）:

• Accept the leadership of the Director of Operations and manage the work of the Department of facility.
• 接受运营总监的领导，管理整个厂务部的工作
• Investment Management of Facilities and Equipment (Definition of Facilities and Equipment Functions, Investment Budget, Expected Service Life, Life Cycle Maintenance) . 
• 设施、设备投资管理（设施、设备功能定义，投资概算，预期使用寿命，全寿命周期维护）。
• Maintenance and operation of facilities and equipment (ensuring normal operation of facilities, ensuring normal operation of production equipment and preventing abnormal deterioration of assets).
• 设施、设备维护运行（保障设施功能正常运行，保障生产设备正常运行，防止资产非正常劣化）。
• According to the company's overall plan and production plan adjustment, the equipment and facilities are transformed. In order to improve the function and performance, so as to meet the needs of the company's development and production plan.
• 根据公司总体规划、生产计划调整，对设备、设施进行改造。以便完善功能，提升性能，从而满足公司发展及生产计划的需要。
• Establish annual budget for equipment, facility maintenance and operation. Track the cost and control the budget. Continuous optimization of maintenance costs.
• 制定年度设备、设施维护、运行预算。跟踪产生的费用，控制预算。不断优化维修、维护成本
• To meet the relevant requirements of relevant government regulatory departments, including equipment, facilities, fire safety, personal safety, occupational health and environment.
• 满足政府相关监管部门对于设备、设施涉及消防安全、人身安全，职业健康、环境保护的要求
• Compliance with and enforcement of relevant laws and regulations.
• 遵守并执行关联的法律、法规
• Tools and equipment management for maintenance.
• 维修用工具、设备管理。
• Plant Maintenance, Operation Spare Parts, Spare Parts and Consumables Management.
• 厂务维修、运行备品、备件、耗材管理
• Continuous improvement of management outsourcing service company. Including security firms, cleaning supplier, facility maintenance supplier, shuttle bus supplier and meal supplier.
• 厂务运维外包服务公司的管理与持续改进提高。包括保安公司、保洁供应商、厂务维修供应商、班车供应商和食堂供应商
