Key Responsibilities 主要职责：
1. Compile annual budget of department, set up and discover ways to reduce budget cost, supervise effectively and ensure all costs are within budget.
编制本部门年度预算，建立和发现减少预算花费的方法，有效监督并确保花费在预算范围内。
2. Constantly enhance work efficiency of the department and reduce the waste of time.
不断提高本部门的工作效率，减少时间浪费。
3. Ensure a rational level of materials, half finished products and ready goods in terms of quantity at the warehouse while assure a smooth production supply and continue to make improvements.
在保证生产供应顺畅的同时确保合理水平的物料，半成品和成品的库存量并不断改善。
4. Responsible for all orders inclusive of orders within group of companies and domestic sales department, meet the deadline of each order and support domestic sales.
对订单负责，其中包括集团内部和国内销售订单，确保交期，支持销售。
5. Assurance for storage, transportation and logistics, delivery products to the customers on time according to plan, make warehouse account and physical goods are consistent with each other.
仓储，运输和物流的保证，按照计划按时给客户交付产品，做到仓库的账实相符。
6. Support the demand from production and other departments for the warehouse, summarize and dispose slack, unuse for a long time and abandoned materials and products on a regular basis with other departments concerned.
支持生产及其它部门对仓库的需求， 对呆滞，长时间不用的和报废物料及产品定期总结并配合其它部门进行处理。
7. Import management, actively communicate with customs and forwarders to ensure importation of materials and products in time.
进口管理，积极和海关及代理沟通，保证材料和成品能及时进口。
8. Ensure all staffs in the department follows company rules and takes part in the security training in due course, check regularly and eliminate timely any potential safety hazards.
确保部门人员都及时按照公司规定参加安全培训，定期检查并及时排除任何安全隐患。
9. Work with QC to reduce quality defects caused by storage，logistics and etc., improve product quality.
配合质量部门不断降低由于仓储物流等造成的产品质量缺陷，改进产品质量。

Background and Skills 任职背景与技能要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering related majors preferred.
本科以上学历， 理工科相关专业为佳。
2. Over 5 years’ experience in supply chain management.
5年以上相关供应链全面管理经验。
3. Fluent English in writing and speaking required.
流利的英文读写说能力。
