Experience in  handling a Team in Customer Service Industry

Handle a 15+ FTE Team Independently

Answer all Inbound escalated  calls as per call flow procedure                                

Excellent English and Japanese communication skills , Reading and Writing skills

Thorough understanding of Client SLAs /l metric measurements   

Floor management ( Adherence )       

MIS, reporting and compliance ( ZTP, CIS etc ) Management 

Understanding of Attrition and Absenteeism  computation, trends, analysis and management 

Ability to interpret Transaction Monitoring framework and familiarity with call monitoring system

Involvement in motivational activities ,Implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions.   

Ability to Coach and give feedback

Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers                                                                                                            Contol Absenteeism and Attrition
