Responsibilities:

The successful Marketing Specialist candidate will coordinate the provision of professional marketing services. He/she will support the strategic business priorities in China together with other marketing members. The role will entail a combination of hands-on implementation as well as co-ordination of internal and external resources/project teams where relevant.

- Works with APAC marketing, sales team, other departments' team and 3rd party partner to fulfil daily marketing work like campaign communication, gift fulfilment and word proofing.
- Work with marketing team to develop and implement promotion campaigns (including but not limited to direct mail or email, e-newsletters, pre & post event communication, solution announcements and promotions) for leads generation to fulfill sales strategy and business priority.
- Plan and implement corporate and sales promotion events (including but not limited to road shows, seminars, exhibition etc.).
- Develop and produce marketing materials such as eDM, brochures, posters, business presentations etc.


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above in English/ Sales & Marketing
- 2- 5 years marketing working experience in a multinational company is preferable.
- Excellent system skills (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);
- Possess effective communication skills, and team work is a must.
- Project planning and management experience is preferable.
