Responsibilities:

职责描述：

1. The resident shall do test and technical support together with drivers on site.

   现场技术支持陪同司机一起做相关试验。

2. The resident which shall be able to field support drivers in case of trouble shooting.

   驻场工程师负责支持司机解决现场所有的问题。

3. The resident is one technical contact person for Customer， has to inform Customer and Supervisor about the current status daily

   负责和客户技术联系，每天试验结束后，向客户和主管汇报现场情况。

4. The resident shall document driven road types, mileages and daytime etc, based on Customer requirements, has to get the agreement by Cusomer.

   负责按照客户要求，记录路况，里程数，时间等, 需要等到客户同意。

5. The resident shall make a route planning based on Customer requirements, which has to be released by Customer side.

   负责按照客户要求指定试验路径，并需要得到客户同意。

6. The resident shall inform Customer and Supervisor immediately, if there are deviations from the planning due to unpredictable events.

   如果出现突然的事件，造成偏离试验计划，负责立即通知客户和主管。

7. The resident shall support company follow customs regulations, visa topic, legal requirements and any entry conditions.

   如有需要，支持海关要求，签证要求,法规及其他准入条件。

8. The resident shall observe/check the measurements at every time to avoid any corrupt data.

   负责随时检查测试设备，避免任何损坏或者无效的数据。

9. The resident has to record test sequences/plan and transmitted the data to Customer in an appropriate manner before the start of a tour.

   试验前，指定试验计划，试验节点和数据提交方式，并等到客户同意。

10. The resident shall provide the installation plan and mount the reference sensors or other components in the best fitting position based on Customer requirement and got customer agreement.

    负责提供改装计划，和改装工作，并得到客户的同意。

11. The resident shall provide a safety plan of the whole infrastructure

    负责制定安全计划，并的轨道客户同意。

Qualifications:

任职资格:

1. At least 3 years working experience in durability road test of automobile industry.

   具有汽车行业耐久性能道路试验的相关3年以上工作经验。

2. Science and engineering background, with a certain knowledge of automotive electronics.

   理工科背景，具有一定的汽车电子知识。

3. Master the vehicle durability test technology and have rich practical engineering experience

   熟练掌握整车耐久试验技术，并具备较丰富的实际工程经验

4. Have a certain ability of on-site analysis and thinking, and be able to find out the emergency situation on site.

   具有一定的临场分析和思考能力，能够现场结果出现的紧急情况。

5. Have strong organization, coordination, communication skills and team spirit

   具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队合作精神

6. Priority should be given to having at least C1 driver's license. Skillful in driving vehicles.

   优先考虑具有至少C1驾照。熟练驾驶车辆。

7. Preferred to be engaged in OEM or supplier engaged in ADAS system durability road test data acquisition work.

   优先考虑从事过OEM或者供应商从事过ADAS系统耐久路试数据采集相关工作。

8. Priority should be given to the working experience of road test Refitting Vehicle.

   优先考虑有路试改装车相关工作经验。

9. Priority should be given to proficient English reading and writing, and easy oral English communication,.

   优先考虑英语读写熟练，并简易英语口语沟通。
