Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

1. Fully complying with Castrol Lubes strategy to develop the business of Super Dealers and national chain stores

2. Lead and assist regional sales team to develop new super dealers. Cooperate with SSM/WM and distributors

3. Develop and maintain headquarters relationship of super dealers. Build long-term strategy cooperative partnership with customers

4. Work with marketing team and make annual business develop program and implementation plan for super dealers

5. Design and offer differentiation proposal for super dealers and ensuring efficient execution

6. Handle cross-region sales activities and assist sales team and distributors to implement super dealers annual plan

7. Follow up execution of contract/distributor service delivery to find the way for improving

8. Share experience with WM and help them to improve capability of develop Super dealers

Requirements:

 University degree

 A least 8 years sales experience in auto industry and 5 years key account management experience

 Ability to work in rapidly changing environment, and prioritize duties accordingly

 Be able to work under pressure ,has sufficient capability of project biding

 Self motivated individual who is able to work with minimum supervision.

 Ability to adapt to various situations, be able to understand problems, evaluate and make decisions quickly

 Good interpersonal skills, including self-confidence and resilience, when required to work in a pressurized environment

 Good communication and influence skills

 Fluent both in written and spoken English
