This role not only needs to have finance professional knowledge, but also will work with senior management in different countries. Therefore proactive cross functional communication and coordination are critical to be successful.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make sure sales, Gross margin, and Profit forecasts are delivered in line with IP;
- Responsible for costs monitor to ensure it's under IP;
- Work with all project steam leader for cash flow forecast;
- Assist to set up some 'Core' reporting, control & alert any risks of project;
- Ensure any impact to finance team under any proposed process changes associated with project;
- Deliver communication plan and material.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE


- Minimum 3 years relative experience with good track record in financial analysis;
- Graduate or equivalent preferred, with a Accounting or Finance qualification;
- Financial and business awareness with good analytical skills;
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills;
- Ability to take ownership and set own and team goals and priorities;
- Fluent English in both oral and written.
