This position is functionally supervised by General Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 DOCUMENT CONTROL
1.1.1 Maintain and manage all production documentations and records, ensure all are in accordance with requirements.
1.1.2 Review and help identify Document Control process steps that can be streamlined to make overall processes more efficient.
1.1.3 Participate Audit all Twin Peak work instructions, ensure that all the documents are in accordance with requirements.
1.1.4 Assure that all work instructions, procedures are of the latest revision.
1.1.5 Audit activities at manufacturing operation and assure adherence to quality control procedures, work instructions and workmanship standards are implemented.
2.2 ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
2.2.1 Provide administrative and other related support to Operation, arranges, participates in, and implements, as directed, internal conferences and operation meetings.
2.2.2 Interfaces with issues related to logistics of the operation in Chengdu facility.
2.2.3 Records and maintains records of minutes and other corporate documents.
2.2.4 Assist in all administrative matters, such as travel, administrative office supply, facility management, etc.
2.2.5 Assist the supervisor or manager with other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1.1 Minimum of Associate Degree in a garment&textile or related field or experience in an garment&textile environment.
1.2 At least three years experience in a Sourcing and Documentation Control position.
1.3 Excellent English and Chinese communications and interpersonal skills. Excellent English
1.4 Expert user of typical programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
1.5 Honest and diligent, work well in teams and under high stress.
