1. FG warehouse general management
2. Manage FG data accuracy and cycle counting
3. Ensure Customers on time delivery and avoid complaint(documents and physical and package)
4. Shift arrangement and OT optimization
5. Two plants movement coordination to ensure smoothly operation
6. Manage customer shipment documents with forwarder to ensure accuracy and conformance
7. Team member management and KPI management
8. FG warehouse member ability training to build up cross back up ability and employee relationship
9. Both Coficab internal and external (supplier) communication to meet job request 
10. VMI warehouse remote management , system control/label prepare and cycle counting in 3rd warehouse 
11. Short time back up ability related warehouse leader
12. Safety and EHS
