Job Responsibility:
1. Work closely with accounting share service team for month end closing, review costing related account reconciliation in order to provide accurate finance reports
2.Provide accurate and timely HFM report and management report
3 Analysis stand cost and actual cost variance, track GM of each product family and mix impact, highlight cost risk and opportunity
4. Follow up and validate sourcing saving on OTTO tool. Check and review productivity report, prepare AOC ( analysis of change)
5. Prepare annual budget and lead rolling Fcst
6. Make actual Vs budget analysis, identify the root cause and highlight the risk&opportunity
7. Annually update standard cost and TP
8. Review monthly inventory reports and high light inventory risks. Organize and monitor annual stock taking.
9. Review full function of fixed assets (including Capital Expenditure Requisition,
assets count.)
10. Optimize Working capital within the budget
11. Execute accounting review procedures in order to comply with China GAAP and group financial policy
12. Execute finance related policies/procedures in order to comply with corporate strategy and guidelines, and enhance internal control effectiveness
13. Train, coach and manage the cost accountant to achieved targeted team performance

Job Requirment:
- Bachelor degree, Financial Accounting major
- MNC costing background, reporting background
- 6 years financial &accounting experience including 2 years costing experience in manufacturing
- 3 years experience in ERP system such as SAP
- Good command of both written and speaking English
