Responsibilites:

1.Gather business requirements and work with various business functions to translate these into project deliverables;

2.Identify dependencies and make sure all project risks are being tracked;

3.Facilitates business case creation, approval and tracking;

4.Manage and motivate project team and make sure project timelines and expectations are met;

5.Take overall responsibility for the project plan, deliverables, quality and customer satisfaction and end-to-end project delivery;

6.Track budget and resources and take ownership for project P&L;

7. Extensive communication with related business functions to ensure support and flawless project delivery.

Requirements:

Education/Experience

1.Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Engineering or Analytical field;

2.Minimum 3+ years in project management (including running virtual and distributed/remote project teams);

3.Experience in an international work environment;

4.Experience in the Consumer Finance industry is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

1.Excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese;

2.Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive communication sense to communicate with project stakeholders to achieve project goals. Must be able to build a trusted work environment for project teams;

3.Must be able to coordinate teams, run workshops, and manage dedicated virtual project teams;

4.Strong ability in analytical thinking and problem solving. Must be able to break down complex issues into manageable subtasks;

5.Ability to translate business and customer needs into business requirements;

6.Must be able to understand business mechanics and use data to test assumptions. Must be able to quantify business value of the project contributions;

7.Strong self-motivation, keenness to work hard, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace work environment;

8.Structured and organized working style. Must be able to manage against timelines and provide transparency to project team and supervisors on progress;

9.Used to working in a dynamic and fast paced environment when facing tight deadlines;

10.Must have a positive attitude and be stress resilient;

11.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MC projects, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Good knowledge of the use of internal tracking tools (JIRA, etc.) will represent an advantage.
