Responsibility:

1、Plan and execute new media working plan by month, quarter and year.

2、Independently being responsible for the daily operation for social media including corporate website, Microblog and Wechat account, assist to manage the agency daily operation for short live clip platform including Douyin, to increase quantity, activeness and affinity of followers,. Timely interact with followers, handle consult and complaint

3、Plan direction of content for corporate Microblog and Wechat account, create high quality copy of content to form topic to communicate, to release and interact with followers.

4、To support marketing campaign and on-line store promotion by deploying campaign and promotion on digital and social media, analyze and evaluate result of campaign,

5、Timely update content for Official website, independently write, edit and release the advertorial including corporate report and news release etc;

6. To develop, cooperate with KOL & KOC as well as other 3rd party social media such as Zhihu, Little Red Book etc. for long term stable cooperation

7、Proficiently apply various on-line promotion methodologies such as Internet community, forum, BBS and Blog, to release brand advertorial

8、Monitoring the negative report related with product , brand and corporate at internet and handle on time

9、Accomplish work delegated by Line manager.

Education:

University Degree in Marketing, Business Management, E-commerce, News, Advertisement or Chinese Language and Literature

Experience:

1. Above 3 years’ experience in international and multicultural working environment, multinational companies, ideally from Pet Care or FMCG.

2. Above 3 years of experience of handling digital and social media , be familiar with operation of social media including Weibo, Wechat, Little Red Book, Douyin and Kuaishou etc.,

3. Basic English level for daily communication

Technical Competencies:

1. Photoshop/Illustrator Design software.

2. Skill of Video edit software is a plus

3. Proficient to operate social media and digital platforms

4. Data analysis.

5. Project management.

6. Problem solution.

Soft skills:

Creative, open-minded, tolerance to frustration, dynamic, work under pressure, capability of self-learning

Independent work, good personal skill. analytic.
