职位描述：

1)Proactive engaging prospective clients, biz partners, recruited tenants and their circles soliciting customer needs and VOCs 

2)Promote and execute K11 customer experience in 

a. Klub 11 pre-members, Gold Card, Black Card, Black Plus generated 

b.client engagements in CRM, Klub 11 activities and events, Tenant Partnership and Tenant Community and Corporate Sales 

c.new placements and transactions in Klicks 

d.Other engagement opportunities within New World Group e.g. hotels, functions and events, etc 

3)Carry out competitor studies and prepare competitor study reports 

4)POC (Point of Contact) for tier 2 Atelier clients, biz partners locally 

5)Carry out leasing activities on inspections, negotiations and documentations 

6)Assist SM or M in liaising with local BUs in execution of the above 

7)Suggest and prepare Brand Book revisions in accordance to developments of 1) to 6) above

?Very good written and spoken English 

?Very good communication skills 

?A team player 

?Highly familiar with MS Office 

Experience： 

?Good commercial awareness of interactions between branding and micro-economics and office building operations 

?Good understanding of leasing and operations of office buildings (optional) 

Education： 

?University graduate or higher achievements in Applied Economics, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration.
