POSITION OVERVIEW职位概述
Be in charge of IT daily support for all employees.
为员工提供日常的IT支持服务。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1. Ensure and maintain security of company’s Network, and provide IT technology support for all employees;
保障和维护公司网络信息的安全，为公司员工提供IT技术支持；
2. Responsible for distribution, installation, debugging and maintenance of computer, printer and copy machine, other accessory equipment of IT related;
负责公司计算机、打印机及其它附属设备的调配，安装，调试，维护维修工作；
3. Provide internal IT resource support, and maintain Network normal running;
负责公司内部IT资源的支持、网络的正常使用与维护；
4. Set up company internal net, and regular maintenance and upgrade it;
负责公司内网的设置，维护和升级
5. Be responsible of server installation, manage and maintain server’s hardware and software;
服务器的安装以及硬件、软件的管理、维护工作；
6. Responsible for operation and maintenance of monitoring system, access control system and security system for the company;
负责公司监控、门禁、安防系统的运维工作；
7. Distribute e-mail account and data files;
负责配置邮箱账户和数据文件；
8. Keeping all documents and files of IT Department;
负责IT部门资料，文件的保管；
9. Make and manage work card and access control system authorization
制作与管理工卡与门禁系统授权
10. Achieve any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
完成经理交办的其他工作。
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1. College degree or above, Computer science or related major;
专科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2. Min. 3 years IT working experience in Manufacturing industry; min. 1 years working experience in Network management and Windows server management;
3年以上生产制造型企业IT工作经验；1年以上网络管理和Windows Server管理；
3. Be versed in the AD, DHCP and TCP&IP management; possess with LAN , WAN & Server technologies;
熟悉AD、DHCP、TCP\IP管理，具备LAN,WAN和服务期相关知识；
4. Familiar with setup and management of Router, Cisco interchanger, firewall and wireless network;
熟悉路由器，思科交换机、防火墙和无线网络设备的设置与管理；
5. Familiar with software and hardware application related computer, and possess with trouble removal, error checking and fixup skill;
熟练电脑相关的软件与硬件应用，具有故障排除、检测与修复能力。
6. Has cooperate and communication skill to keep good relationship with internal and external;
具有协调和沟通能力，与内部、外部均能保持良好的协作关系；
7. Basic English skill, especially reading and writing.
具备基本的英语能力（读写能力）。
